What Retro Games Are You Currently Playing?

Got the new retro Spectrum for christmas, think its great, currently playing Manic Miner through with my 10 year old, stuck on level 19, there is no way I could ever finish this game without the added save option on the new spectrum, so hard!

I've been playing a bit of Ridge Racer 64 vis the Switch Online service.
Why has this series never returned? 6 and 7 were absolutely fantastic! They felt like a no brainer for a Switch port

Golden Sun on the GBA. I started it 17 years ago and still haven't finished, I'm on the same game save which is wild. Love the game so much I almost don't want it to end.

Good review here looks very tempting never actually owned a Speccy but this looks a nice way to play old games without dubiously legal emulators and the like

Just starting this now, didn't realise it was made by Camelot/Climax.
Big fan of the Shining series on MD and Saturn.

I completed Doom and Doom 2 on the Xbox Series X last weekend. "Free" with Gamepass and have been trying to make a conscious effort to play more of the games on Gamepass to get better value out of it. Still holds up, gameplay wise, to this day imho.

OG XBOX - Fight night 2004 - I forgot how properly addictive this game is! Surprised I didn't destroy my thumb sticks the first time around.

Chrono Trigger. I'm not one to re-play games too often (I'd rather play a new game instead), so I think this is my 2nd or 3rd play through ever, last one being decades ago, but I'm reminded how it's one of the best games ever made. It's a flawless RPG.

I am still into Dawn Of War series.

I play them one after the other, doing the entire campaign including Winter Assault, Dark Crusade, SoulStorm, then Dow2 and Chaos Rising and Retribution, and Dow3, and then using each and every race etc etc.. Its nuts that I love it so much, but its also thankful as I have a severe disability with my hands, and so I can no longer play many games at all, or at any speed, but this is a game that I can and do play.

Anyone else find Mega Drive games fairly difficult over other systems? I just started playing Air Diver tonight and man this is difficult. Default difficulty is set to Normal and I can't even complete a single mission yet.

Finally started using my Analogue Pocket after 2 years of ownership lol. First game on the block is Fire Emblem The Sacred Stones. I'm 2-3 hours into it and it seems like good stuff so far!
