What retro things have you done today?

Sounds really good mate! Mighty impressive for an onboard wavetable synth. ESS Cards have always been solid.
I have removed it as I didnt remove the noise and it shows now I have listened on headphones. Going to re upload it soon. It did impress me tho!

Edit: Reuploaded now :)

Back again to my retro buying ways, ATI 8500 inbound, decided I needed one for nostalgia reasons.

Now just need to find a Black Globalwin 802 OCUK edition with 4x 120mm fans.......

I have spent most of the weekend rearranging my games room to be more usable. Certainly running out of space here but I do like the 'busyness' of it.

The 'Retro Corner' has a 32" Sony Trinitron CRT, Mega Drive, SNES, Wii/Gamecube, PS2/PS1, XBOX and Dreamcast, all using RGB Scart.
The newer stuff is has a 55" LG C9 OLED, PS5, Switch and Series X. There is also a modded Gameboy Advanced SP next to the Switch with a backlit IPS screen.

Thats a really nice games room!

Got the system shock - Medical theme recorded on the ESS wavetable and also the SW60XG for comparison.

You can definitely hear the quality difference in the Patch set, but I'm, still impressed with how good the ESS sounds. I've heard some other 1mb patch sets and they sound like garbage.

you must be single

Picked up a 2nd Atari ST, this time an STFM, and also an external Cumana FDD. All described as Untested/Parts but all working 100% and after a wash look great!

Show off all your wonderful recent retro purchases!

I decided to purchase a Raphnet adapter, as it's the only adapter that can use the original N64 controller with rumble Pak support.

So over the past 2 days I have received the Raphnet adapter (Dual N64 controller to USB Adapter), a controller and a rumble Pak.

Also purchased some games on my GOG account

Nope, purchased 1st one 6 months ago and recent one a few days before RMC video but collected it recently. I actually put Neil on to an STFM with memory expansion to buy... U want an STFM ??
