The 1.6 '94 models were 2wd, but very soon after as above they went all 4wd.

Subaru ceased FWD production in 1996.
bearing in mind my previous post included a '95 example then your post didn't really add much to the debate my friend.

EDIT the 1.8's were available in FWD too.

the cheapest turbo is the uk spec which is group 17, the jap spec are 19

that model is a sport. Has turbo bumpers, skirts etc. Unless he's had them put on?
So that'll be a 2.0ltr phase 1 engine with 112bhp or something like that.
