Definitely looks like a camera, charge it up with the mains then hide it somewhere or in something and it'll transmit the images until the batteries die.

Maybe part of a door entry thing - feeds a tv tuned into it? It's definitely some sort of wirless camera device - at least from what it looks like.

Where was it found, obviously if it was found by the front door it would be a lot less suspicious than if it was found in the master bedroom or toilet.

As it is so large and plugs so obviously into the mains its not likely to be very suspicious.
