What to do about strange package outside my flat?

If its been sitting there for a couple of days then its fair game! Take your camera and go!

Its probably just some tramps rag clothes!
 
probably some bum and all his worldly goods in there. perhaps he's coming back later for a kip.
 
My housemate is back now so I went to show him from the window. Either a gust of wind has moved stuff or more stuff has appeared as it's all moved about!! Don't live in the nicest area so don't want to go and get stabbed or meet a load of junkies. Will wait till it's dark then go and have a look as the block of flats I'm is currently overlooking the area so when it's dark I can be more discreet.

Yeah I can see why going at dark would be a bit stupid thinking about it now. Too late to edit it thanks to people quoting! :(

My housemate and I are going to pop out to the shops so will go and have a look shortly. Just finishing off food first. I'll take the camera so if it's any good I can post pics. I think it's just a hobos bag though.
