What TV chef suits your cooking?

Two Fat Ladies for me. CDW is a legend. :D

Have you read her autobiography? It's amazing.

Personally, I try to cook with a mixture of CDW and JP's love of good food with no skimping on the good stuff, Claudia Roden's love of spices and interesting ingredients, together with Graham Kerr and Keith Floyd's wine consumption.

I can recommend Nigel Slater's Real Fast Food book too. btw

I'm all for simple ingredients with big flavour, so I'd have to say Jamie Oliver.

I submit the following for Lulz though..

Oh look, it's a giant potato! :D

Valentine Warner had some really tasty recipies.

I enjoyed Rick Steins asian tour thing too.

For me, Nigella wins all my bases simple some times idiotic cooking styles that deliver very tasty allbeit slightly unhealthy food.

I also liked Nigel Slaters old cooking show.. the new one is still good but he seems to love his garden too much.

James Martin and Rick Stein are my two favourite.

These 2 for me as well, enjoy saturday kitchen and have made a few recipes from it and loved Rick Steins recent trip to Asia and again have been influenced into cooking some Thai and Ceylon meals based on his recipes. :)

another Rick Stein fan here, a lot of his dishes are simple to cook, dont take long and taste great

would love to do a trip on the barge like he did and just enjoy his style, he's honest and opinionated and has a love for street food which mirrors mine
