What vitamins do you take and why?

I wish I could stomach eating organs and bone broth, it's certainly very beneficial.
Me too. Funny thing is, I liked liver as a kid but hate it now. Used to love liver, bacon, onions, mash and peas, now there’s no chance. Kidneys would be good to like too as I could have a nice steak and kidney pudding or pie.

Got my Nordic Naturals today. I would have tried the AAVRA stuff but disliked their one image where they said "something something like being nordic natural" as some kind of confusion for consumers/silly pun.

Any recommendations for tumeric/glucosamine joint type stuff for a 73 year old women with really poor hip joints? She is buying the usual H&B crap at the moment.

Sometimes I take Siberian ginseng which I find is good for improving mental alertness and keeps me sharp and focused during busy periods at work.

Magnesium is great for reducing stress and making you relaxed.

Do you make sure you take these with a pinch of salt?

Bone broth is easy, just leave it for 48hrs in the fridge and it settles and ends up tasting like soup. As for organs cut them in to 2oz pieces, freeze then swallow like a tablet or mince and add it in to home made burgers etc. Best tasting burgers I've ever had.

I take a multivitamin, D3 with Calcium,

I take the D3 because it supposedly helps with the immune system and I might not catch enough from sunlight, that would be of help especially right now. Otherwise I hope a glass of milk and some weetabix would cover the rest, vit C would be a good idea also tbh

None.

Eat well and balanced.

Took vitamin D iin the winter up here but felt no better or worse for it.

I love taking the D.

Not always, many 'Professionals' are paid by the inferior supplement companies to promote there products.
Well the article above is such an example it might be argued.

There are yes but arguments always of course, but one needs to conclude or else you have never ending opinions. As a whole the advice of a specialist in a field, ideally one you have history with, is better than faceless people on the internet when it comes to medical science.

I take D3 at the medically recommended minimum 3000IUS a day for reversal of skeletal muscle wastage.

Tho that is more recent. Having had 4 heart attacks this yr, two 10 days ago so to speak.
