What was your last facebook status update

is so totally broke this month now.

One thing that really bugs me is people using a different person in the same status. IE John Smith is going out! I'm going to have fun!

It should be "He is going to have fun" in the second bit. Either that or just have "I am going out! I am going to have fun!" ignoring the possibility of using is.

I always write mine in the third person, makes more sense really. Loads of people don't and it irritates me a bit.

Story behind it:

On the bus home from work yesterday, a girl of about 7 or 8 rang the bell 2 or 3 times. The bus stopped at the stop shortly afterwards, then the driver looked back and said "who pressed the bell, why did you do it in you don't want to get off?" at which point a man in his mid 30s got up and started shouting at the child "You ****ing brat where's your mother, why the **** were you doing that" etc. Of course the child instantly started crying and the mother leapt to her defence. The worst part was, as he sat down again he said to his friend "and the worst thing is, if I hit her I'd be the one to go to prison"... We can only hope that's where someone that easily enraged will end up, preferably before someone dies.

"why are there police outside my room and surrounding the building?" 7 hours ago

"just got let out the room... 10 officers with sub-machine guns in the corridoor" 5 hours ago
