What watch do you wear?

To be honest, I think it looks great with the polished finish :)

Really like my longines master chrono with the polished finish, but my hydroconquest definitely suites the brushed finish.

You are probably right, the style of the watch does suit it and this is more of my preference toward brushed over polished I guess. Will see how things go. It's gonna be with me for a long time either way, the bronze is still with me so that's a good sign!

She's a beauty..

TGV's Feb video on types of watches to avoid is on point, can you guess the which one would apply to the Moonswatch? :p

Groomsman at wedding yesterday recognised my Laco right away. turns out car guys are almost always watch guys too :D

Also, I have to say I was searching for 36mm divers today as it's the only thing missing in my collection of preferred watches and the first Breitling to ever take my liking popped up:

IMO that looks stunning.

Got a response finally from Barton Bands this morning, looks like the two free straps are on their way as have a shipping email about those and that their lack of comms is due to internal issues:

It's all come a little late of course but hey ho, closure at last!

Put my Speedie on the new (olive?) green nato from Bark and Jack yesterday. I knew it would look good but damn it looks good!

Forgot my phone today :)() so no pictures for the time being!

I see someone has pinched Amir Khan's watch at gunpoint - I think they did him a favour. £70k+ for a bling watch.

Makes you appreciate mrk's taste and everyone else to be honest. :)

I wonder if Nico will pass comment on it in a video soon? :D

Edit*
My Stowa Marine Handwound is now in production, 3 weeks to shipping. The wait is always tedious!

In the meantime, some sunset outdoorsy time with the Laco...

Picked this up yesterday. Essentially, I can't afford an AP ROO but wanted something with a similar feel and this fit the bill. Quite a hefty piece even in ceramic but it's only 14.5mm thick so fits under a cuff better than my Panerai 351 which I'll be selling. The bezel is a bit of a fingerprint magnet but you can wipe it with pretty much anything and not worry about swirl marks.

It's a really nice watch, I do prefer the Panerai if I am being honest :D
Thanks, I've had it almost 10 years and felt like a change. Plus I got it serviced and polished recently and I rarely wear it now. I do still love it and will probably regret selling it but it's good to try something new.
