What watch do you wear?

I have a hard choice..

I LOVE the 2016 air king with the gorgeous green second hand, however the one watch I have always wanted since I was a kid was the Submariner Green.

Having seen the air kings prices, they don't seem to hold their value against Submariners. Would you suggest going for a Submariner Green or Black to avoid future regret.. or should I go mad and just get Air King..its so pretty.

Agreed on the 'get the one you always wanted'. Otherwise the other one will just end up being a stop gap (possibly an expensive loss one at that) given the one you always wanted will still be the one you've always wanted.

By the 'green' I assume you mean the 16610LV (Kermit) rather than the 116610LV (Hulk)?

It was a limited edition, so whilst I don't know if it's still in production, it was only ever going to be made in 'limited' numbers.

It was sort of seen as an instant investor piece.

I'll keep an eye out for the Kermit.

However I really like the look of the no date black submariner now.
I had a look at the lovely dual tone GMT master, but man those dial number fonts are disgusting.

Classic Submariner it is most likely.

I'm quite enjoying my garmin fenix 3 hr as my new daily wear.

I think I'm going to sell my 2 Christopher Ward watches and my longines hydroconquest and just keep this with my longines master collection retrograde moonphase for dress wear.

The GMT is quite blingy, especially with the polish center links. Having all the numbers on the bezel does make it look busy but at least they didn't put them on the dial ala Air King.

There are still multiple variants to choose from. The 114060, the 14060 etc, whether you like the aluminium bezel or ceramic, or thicker crown guards and lugs etc.

I love the look of the no date sub due to the lack of cyclops, but I really like having the date function. The Sea Dweller would've been ideal therefore, but it is just too hefty for my wrist.

Yep, stock levels seem to fluctuate. Im wanting to order an oyster and jubilee as i have two seiko's here that need bracelets. The rubber strap on the 007 is just too long and i dont want to cut it.

Well, I remember sometime ago most were using their clocks from their phones and it was no longer seen to be hip for wearing an actual watch amongst joe bloggs. Only been observing things. Of course then the fitness trackers kicked off.

Some real nice watches in this thread though.
