Can you explain what part of not liking someone's caravan is an actual 'Emergency' for you to dial 999? Most people wouldn't even bother dialling 101 which is the non-emergency number over such a trivial matter.

But its a meth lab, couldnt afford an RV so got a 'trailer' and a panel van. Not sure if Tillbury is akin to a desert though.

It isn't trivial when you get poor people living near you, it's horrible. I've heard they eat from bins, kill children and hang flags...many have cars that are over 2 months old and wear football shirts. Most of them smoke and have AIDS and all of them are from broken homes and drive vans and have caravans. To me this is an emergency and I'm in the wrong when I let the dogs at them or shoot them with my hunting Blunderbuss. Worlds gone mad.

Being serious for a moment, there is nothing worse than an inconsiderate neighbour, it can ruin lives and I for one am all for coming down on them hard and with the full hand of the law if needs be.
