It clones exactly so for instance I had a 64gb SSD and cloned to a 256gb but it created a 64gb C: drive and the rest became E:drive.
I then cloned that drive some time later and it just made an exact copy.
It would be nice if I could tell it to put all of it on one drive, perhaps it can but I didn't read the instructions
having to resize/extend partitions is pretty common for cloning software too
though some can do it

You might be better off just using a software like Macrium which does essentially the exact same thing and is free
