Anyone here know a good routine, to gain strength and fitness etc that can be done at home? I have the general weights, but no bench so no benchpresses please ;). I also have a punch bag and a few other things. Any Ideas?

im 90kg and 6ft 3

bench 110kg
bench pull 105kg
latz 90kg
leg press 480kg

they are 1 rep maxes

i usually train 5 x 8 reps at 80% which is what i am given on my gb training program

looks like i found some sort of reference:
http://www.brianmac.demon.co.uk/sambc.htm

seems to have some weight to body weight ratio

480kg?
thats over 5x your body weight!
are the press machines even made to take that sort of weight?
you sure you dont mean 480lb?

im sure 480kg the machine isnt like one built into a multi gym its a separate machine which u put weights on yourself. the same as you would put weights on a bench press bar

same as the sort we use in our gym, i dont think you would get 480kg on it tho. Would they even take that sort of weight (add in the frame weight).

on that link i posted is a lpress page, for 480kg you come out as 5.3x body weight, where they say very good is 2.5x. 480lb would be more towards the 2.5x area.

nope dont strap up i mite start though .

im not really a normal 17 year old though im a national rowing champion so stronger than most
