What's for Breakfast today?

Same as every day:
45g Crownfields Luxury Muesli
15g Chia Seeds
250ml Skimmed milk, mixed with;
27g Protein Powder (Chocolate Caramel this time)
~88g Kiwi, diced
~226g Red grapefruit, diced
(~583 Cals 88g Carbs 41g Protein 11g Fat)
2 cups Americano from the espresso machine

Well, mostly the same every day........
 
Two cups of tea, one cup of coffee so far, I normally miss breakfast on weekdays apart from one of the nutri grain packs with two small bars in it.
Lunchtime is generally the first meal of the day apart from weekends when a bacon sandwich or a fry up might be an option for breakfast on one of the weekend days
 
So far I've built a BBQ, weeded and watered the garden, swept the garden, gone shopping for BBQ supplies and had nothing. So I think a BLT roll is in order.

Thanks for your interesting comment. Its all just a bit of a laugh really, no need to take it so seriously.

My combination of meat, carbs and fat was on the breakfast menu so id say its pretty suitable for breakfast. Hey if you want to eat noodles for breakfast go for it.
Or a bowl of Frosties or other cereal for a evening snack.

I eat what I fancy and not use the weather as a factor. May fancy beef casserole in the summer and a tuna salad in the winter
