Do we think nvidia will drop the 2050, 2060, 70/80 etc? And just go 250, 260, 270, 280 etc?

For example Geforce GTX 280Ti?
Perhaps they may go GTV 280Ti?

From what I read, a consumer-orientated version of Volta will not be the first thing out of that particular stable.

there wont be anything for a while nothing yet has an answer to the 1080ti. Still waiting for AMD's answer. This time last year it was the Fury and we all know how well that went.
They will milk the 1080ti as much as possible just like the 980ti last year.

Yea it's what i expected. Perhaps Volta may be out end of 2h 2k17 but not consumer cards. They will very likley be out 2k18.
