I aim not trying to be morbid, but I keep seeing things I want to do/achieve and keep saying that I will add it to 'the list'. Well here is mine (also with achievements!) - I needed somewhere that I could post and refer to ;).

Feel free to add yours :)

PS this isn't a thread to debate whether entries are worthy or not! Mine are hardly life goals and most are things that I want to do (probably most of which I could do if I won the lottery) and I understand that to some of you going to a football match isn't a big thing...but remember everything is different for everybody.

To do:
Go go karting
Go on a cruise
Go to Wimbledon
See the Great Barrier Reef and Uluru
Go on a driving experience
Have kids :D

Achieved:
Ran the London Marathon and raised £2k+ for charity
Skydived
Snorkelled
Climbed Snowdon
Scubadived
Caught a fish and ate it
Go to a football match/cricket match/rugby match
Went to Ascot
Have an amazing honeymoon looking out on the ocean
Got married ;)

I need to have a bit more of a think about this...

To do:

Skydive (massive fear of parachute not opening, and not being able to breath going down)
Learn to drive.
Get rid of, or somehow better my social anxiety disorder.

Achieved:

Somewhat finished college (It was terrible for above reasons)

My list is too small.

That is a good start though :) and you can add to it.

Like your fear for the parachute... I never thought I would ever scubadive for fear of the breathing being too hard to grasp (and therefore not be able to do the Great Barrier Reef) but I was lucky enough to have a beginners lesson on Honeymoon in the warm sea :)

It will be a great feeling when you've achieved it :)

My bucket list is more a wish list of things I'd like to see happen before I die than what I'd be able to do myself (but there are a few of my what i could do in there).

Do Route 66 on a motorbike
Travel from Anchorage to New York on a motorbike travelling through as much of Canada as possible
Perth to to Sydney on a, you guessed it, motorbike
See all religious hatred end and all the senseless killing stop (they all pretty much come from the same damn root anyway :()
Confirmation that there is other life in the universe (I don't believe in UFO's being aliens but the universe is so unimaginably vast, I believe life exists in our own galaxy let alone one of the billions of other galaxies)
See the abolition of the monarchy

I don't do the whole bucket list thing, done a few things that might be on others lists though. I've flown a plane, jumped out of a plane, drove round a racetrack (proper racecar, albeit limited....so really wasn't fun)

There's a couple of things i would like to do, i'd like to see the northern lights, and bungee jump....about the only things i can think of.

To do:

Swim with Dolphins
Visit Antarctica
Climb Mount Kilimanjaro
Go to a moto GP race (either Brno or Jerez)
Go on Safari
Go on a cruise
Sail (not motorboat) across Atlantic (I've done the crossing on a yacht though)
See Northern Lights from very north in Scandinavia
Visit a live active volcano or lava lake like Nyiragongo

Done:

Visited all the continents apart from Antarctica
Flown a plane (clocked up 23hrs) and done aerobatics
Skydived (507 jumps)
Base jumped
Driven a supercar
Been to deserted tropical islands
Off piste skiing
Paragliding
Done track days
Ride motorbikes
Shot numerous guns/weapons

Not live my life by a list of random pseudo aspirational stuff I may or may not do

Not measure my life's value by other people's lists.

It's a sunny day, my cat has just popped in to snuggle and I have a cup of tea.
My life is awesome so far.

It's good to share our aspirations as it can trigger further ideas that people want to do. :)

Great list tres - which have you done then?

What was supposed to be not nice in my post?

Not everyone wants to flaunt their disposable cash in front of a forum.
How 'nice' are you being?

Disposable cash? Ha! I'm a poor student, yet I still manage to get things ticket off.

Another one of these threads, hmm

America (I'd quite like to try a fair few of the states aside from the main ones)
Canada
Switzerland
Sky Diving

That's all I can think of atm, I'd ideally like to be in those countries for a couple of months but think it may be a pain to be able to stay that long.

You don't need disposable income to do the things on your bucket list at that very moment, it's things you want to do within the next decades of your life.

If everything ran along the lines of "Caught a fish and ate it" then I would agree, but it's just going to be a list of 'stuff I could afford to do' because this is a forum of competitive blokes.
All my post was intended to do was point out some things are worth experiencing because they just happened, not because you flew to Australia to do them.

It's more things people would like to do, i mean check out the second guys list...you don't need disposable cash to cure his social anxiety :p

There's things that obviously require money, but that would be put on the back burner till you've got said funds ;)

Too much
Go to space, if I live longer enough, this seems doable, price will tumble in the next 20years
Climb Kilimanjaro :( postponed
Climb a volcano :( postponed
Learn to dive :( postponed
Learn to paraglide
Hike Colorado trail :( postponed
Safari :( postponed
Hike Brecon Way :( Postponed
Visit 100+ countries
See northern lights
Visit arctic and Antarctica
Finish London 2 Brighton 100km failed this year (only managed 38km), but I did have an underlying injury which has now been identified.
Build a small house super cheaply and be mortgagee free (seems impossible in uk, due to planning permissions)
See if I could survive on a tropical island for a month, with just a knife. (no idea how I could even do this)

What I've done
West Australia
East America
Snorkelling
Rally driving day
50km Thames path challenge

As you can see, next ~12months was meant to tick a lot of the boxes, but now it's physiotherapy instead.
