played Metal Gear Solid a few weeks back and started Breath of Fire IV the other day
also dust off halo and grim fandango every now and then 


Definitely, the only thing I think it suffers from these days really is the lack of any sort of radar/objective indicator. It's from an era when FPS games just dumped you in a level and you had to find the exit, not always that straightforward in a game like Unreal with pretty large areas. Or strange levers you have to find.
Duke Nukem 3D. Awesome fun(although a bit trying in parts when you just want to move on).
