What's the worst game you have ever bought ?

Why, It's a big disappointment tbh. After all the hype of it being a cutting edge game, it's no more detailed than HL2E2 and GoW game that I just completed. At lest I could play them at 1920 @ highest settings. Of course, the vastness and draw distance is impressive to say the least but that's all there is to write about really. It’s just re-living a four year old game that was once Far Cry.

The Nano suit does have some useful features but nothing that hasn’t been seen before and its interface is quite fiddly.

The game is also riddled with bugs some of which are [edit] reminiscent of previous DX8 releases [/edit]. It’s appalling to be honest.

Thats just wrong, the HL2 engine doesn't look anywhere near as good. Gears of war is hardly a well optimised graphical wonder itself. And while performance might be better, it still isn't as good visually.

The interface is the least fiddliest thing about the game aside from clicking the left mouse button in order to shoot. Just push the scroll wheel in, swing the mouse quickly and your in a different mode. It can be done almost subconsciously its that easy.

Almost as lame as people who can't figure out that Guild Wars is a totally different sort of game than WoW!

I played Guild Wars before WoW and loved it. If it wasnt for the 10hr free GW trial I might not of ever bothered with WoW. But GW is very different to WoW plus I would start with Prophecies not Nightfall.

Looking forward to GW2...

I'd have to go with Jedi Academy - loved the whole Dark Forces series and only bought JA for the multiplayer (after Outcast being so good online) only to find the level designs were like some cruel joke.

I have never ever seen a game as terrible as this one. What an insult to the SOF name and those classic SOF titles that came before it. Im really mad @ myself because I should have researched more. I enjoyed the old SOFs so much I just bought it without checking out reviews and such.

Lesson learned.

Deadly Strike for the PS2, got it for my birthday (i've got no idea why he picked that game) played it for 5 mins, had big long laugh. invited my other friend over the next day and all of us and my brother lol'd at how bad it was. took it to trade in the next day and GAME offered me 1p.

What do you mean where's the content? There's loads of content! Lots of classes, varied skills and skillsets, weapons, armors, locations, missions, quests, PVP that really depends on your skills and how you utilise them rather than if you got that extra str on your shoulders, the graphics are insanely better, it is free, three continents to explore, a consistent storyline and so on and so on.

I have never played starcraft, but i understand its one of the best RTS games ever

And splinter cell i thought was brilliant. Best game of its kind imo

command & conquer 3 no strategy involved what so ever offline or online just spam units, not the worst game I've ever played but definitely the worst I've ever bought.
