Great film Bladerunner, but the book is better ;)

yeah, from Phillip K Dick, i have read it.

Dune is good, but have you seen *** 3 hour Alan Smithee directed version? its a completely different movie

I quite like The Day the Earth Stood Still, and Quatermass for a British take on Sci-Fi.

Blade Runner wins it for me though.

Bladerunner for me although it has been a while since I watched it, the book was better though as(by the nature of the medium) it left more to the imagination and was a bit more ambiguous.

Matrix NUMBER ONE, i thought number two was bad, and then it managed to get worse in number three :(

Cant say im that experienced in sci-fi, as it's generally not my genre, but Matrix blew me away

Not sure how we're defining classic here but Back to the Future was, and still is, my favourite all time sci-fi movie.
