whats your job ?

How competitive is the market to get a computer game testing job do you think?

Really competitive as there are lots of games graduates who use it to get a foot in, but dead easy. You don't need any qualifications to do games testing. I did testing before becoming a designer, same company. I have a games design degree and so do a lot of the testers but it definitely isn't a requirement. You just have to have a passion for games, good organisation skills, can read and write and an eye for detail.

The people I worked with had very varied backgrounds, one of them was previously an air conditioning fitter and felt like a change of job with no games or IT related qualifications at all.

Back working where I belong. I'm back in an Intensive Care Unit, now in a different county, in a smaller hospital, it has its challenges but I'm enjoying it.

Nothing, quit my A-Levels and did an apprenticeship with the National Park for a year. Wanted to go into construction however a combination of Haemophilia, Arthritis and Synovitis means I may have to go for surgery at some point to fix my dodgy elbows.

Now I have no idea what I want to do as I cannot stand College/Uni.

Hopefully should have a full drivers license before Christmas though.

I sell advertising space. If you've placed a recruitment ad in Manchester, Wales, or any of the Trinity Mirror South papers, you may have spoken to me :)
