I was on the value package for about 8 months: £4.99, no annual contract, use my own router, 10GB peak/unlimited off peak, great phone and forum support (seriously have you seen the forums? - friendly/active staff). 10GB was enough for me for a while - did all my downloading at night. Pings in game were great, just as good if not better than when I was with O2 and Be on 24mb connections. They limit things like p2p considerably during peak times which is nice.
Now I've upgraded to "Extra" package at £11.50 per month, 60GB peak limit. Way more than I need, but nice luxury.
In summary, never had better service and support from any other ISP (BT, Eclipse, Be, O2).
Been with 02 for just over a year and found them to be 100% better than tiscali who i was previously with!
Ony complaint i have so far with 02 is that i have emailed their customer support on several occassions over the last 2 months and are still waiting for a reply from them!!
That's the speed I get at the moment with o2. Quite good really. I will be comparing that to talktalk on thursday as that's when talktalk connect me up.
lol there are only 2 isp ..virgin and BT >> sky/talktalk/tiscali use BT exchange/network so still bt ,, if it aint virgin then its BT network or moble internet ... just companys going round saying there good when realy they rent off BT
o2 before they turned from catch fish to keep net mode. Fortunately I'm on the same rolling deal I signed up to before it all went pear shaped and I've got absolutely no complaints. Solid line, good speed, no worries about limits, same speed every minute of the day. Stella.
Would love to give a 50mb Virgin line a ride though.

ive been with virgin ... for 5 years now wud deffo recommend them and if i was to move house i wud make sue virgin is in that area wudnt move with out it
Just got connected to BT Infinity (Fiber Optic to cab)
Must say I'm very pleased with the speed I'm getting, only time will tell if the service/reliability is as good:
Moved from Bulldog LU who we had been with for 6-7 years, to begin with it was superb and we were syncing at 14Mb/s which 6-7 years ago was epic. However over the years we have had some downtime (to be fair it wasn't often), problem is each time they fixed the issue and got us back up and running the speed decreased
The last straw was a month or so ago, internet went down and when they finally sorted it a few days later the speed had further reduced again (10Mb/s --> 7.5Mbs)
Now on BT Infinity my Upload is faster
Happy Days
Be are awesome, I have been with them a few years. Their agents really know what they are talking about, whenever I have phoned with a question, they have answered straight away, no script required
I'm going to switch to BT Infinity next month though so I can get a faster connection. Currently I am on a 8Mb £7.50pm package with Be, but now their minimum is something like £13 for 12Mb, so I might as well pay £7 more for BT Infinity.
