Those graphs are a bit misleading i think, they're not scaled in relation to each other.

Whilst all those 'key' services look to have had a massive uptick in reports, Whatsapp peaked at 70,000 whereas Twitter peaked at 281, but the little mini graphs look identical

I'm not on Facebook, but I just tried the website and it is indeed down for me, as a Virgin Media customer.

WhatsApp won't connect and YouTube videos are constantly buffering.

I doubt it's that because none of the known IPs for Facebook are responding.

Working in enterprise networking myself this is always the first thing i picture, that and someone trying to cover up that they made a mistake during a change or similar

Cant beat the rush that comes with screwing something up and then trying to fix it without anyone noticing before the service desk lights up.
