Check out the Renault 5 EV as well - should be out in a year or so, and is meant to be cheap.

It's a foot shorter than a mg5 estate.
Not so much a city car but at least you should have plenty of space.

If it's the same as the podpoints at my local Tesco then they'll have 7kw chargers for free and fast chargers with contactless payment.

Best thing about it though is you get a massive parking space with minimal chance of being doored and right at the front of the car park

Most car seats are fabric. Most 'leather' seats are fake leather - but that's absolutely fine for dust mite allergy. EVs often have some 'innovative' material, which I have no idea whether they're suitable and the dealer is never able to clarify.

Ok. Mine is actually 6.6kW max charge. But thanks to the link @steve5424 posted I can see that there are not any 22kW chargers at my local stores anyway.

It's annoying the route some are taking, I went to buy an XC40 recharge but could no longer get leather in the full electric, some odd Volvo decision where I could have leather if I bought an ICE car but not the recharge, all I wanted is easy wipe for kids/animals, happy with fake but no joy they just offered an alcantara like material as the recharge is vegan (this act almost put me off the brand )

It's pretty strange because Tesla has vegan seats too but they are like leather. Just a shame they don't even give you the option?

Expensive and inefficient, just how I like 'em the 1800kg tow rate was the draw for me.

The first editions came with leather, so might just be an economising/profit making/shortage issue.
