When is lunch for you at work?

I am eating lunch today at 12.30pm!! Utter madness. Normally I do it at around 1.30pm. What time do you normally have lunch at work?

What a thrilling thread. Looking forward to other peoples' anecdotes of their luncheon chronologies. I try to keep standards high here.

Depends on my day/meetings generally.

In my old place when it was office based, i'd likely be up around 6 to run before work, then rarely have breakfast so there were times when i'd have lunch at 11:30 because i'd be starving.

Other times i can go for a run at 1, then get home (when WFH), and have dinner around 2:30

Usually i'd say 12:30-1 is normal though.

I wouldn't want it any later as that would push the evening meal out towards too late for the kids to settle before bed.

12pm has been the norm for years at different locations for me.

Canteen, sandwich truck, eating al desco and occasionally a pub lunch.

As for a pub lunch, I don't do those anymore at work. One pint at lunch and then I just don't care about work for the afternoon [or I care even less].

Sometimes actually 12-4 if I'm not busy.

1pm usually. I don't really 'log off' for lunch for the full hour though. I kinda have mini breaks throughout the day.

Supposed to be 13.00 to 13.30, but it's generally an hour as it's pretty relaxed here.

I start work at 04:30 but I also only eat breakfast at 07:30 and then a full meal at 12:00 and thats it

For me
Lunch time = 10.00 to 10.10
Dinner time = 13.00 to 13.20

Unless something important breaks down at work that i then have to fix then it be anytime
