When the Gpu's prices will go down ?

The 3070 for £539 is "pre-order" and in the text it states *AVAILABLE MID-END OCTOBER* I assume this is old text?

Well done on getting the prices down

Inno3D is with our forwarders, could arrive today but I'd say most likely now to be Tuesday due to the Easter break and most companies winding down.

RX 6900XT (in this case XFX Speedster SWFT 319) can now be purchased in Italy for approximately the same amount as you would in AMD's store, the card reached MSRP pricing level.

Who would buy it though, when you can buy a Sapphire 6900 XT Nitro at MSRP from OcUK since a week ago which uses the Toxic PCB, a superior product, also available in Germany too. :)

Well, it was merely an example of a single SKU matching what you would pay from AMD's direct buy. I'd gladly buy more from OCUK but tariffs and shipping (which is computed in tariff as well) voids your hard work in keeping your prices low in my case.
You might want to consider taking a page from chinese e-stores playbook and open an "EU warehouse" to better serve the rest of the continent but I'm sure it's something you already did the math about...

We do have an EU warehouse - www.caseking.de who might work better for you. :)

Yes, I know about caseking but TBH they aren't very competitive. For example, I can get a RX 6700xt 80€ cheaper in Italy than their cheapest model and if I compare the exact model it's still 10€ cheaper (before accounting shipping, which will make the difference even higher).
OCUK specials are routinely better than caseking but like I said, tariffs make that uncompetitive.

Prices tumbling. Have to remind myself what a non premium card ought to cost.
Waking up for work on Tuesday with a hangover and a credit card bill.

The high end cards are the ones with the price drops, probably because anyone who wanted a high end card could affor to pay over the odds for them in the first place, so demand is now lower, hence the price drops.

The majority of us, and it's a significant amount of people are waiting for the main stream cards to get more realistic pricing.

that will be the 3060, RTX6600 etc which dont see much mevement. The MSRP is around £300 on those and thats the mainstream market.

£800+ for a card is still out of reach for the vast majority of gamers.

RX 6600 are now £289 and RTX 3050 are £269 on OcUK. :)

Still holding out for a nice Asus or MSI 3060Ti at ~£420.

It's gonna be a while yet though mehinks. I'm not even expecting RRP

Same, waiting for the MSI 3060ti Gaming X to drop a little more..

@Gibbo, 3050/6600 is no good for me, 3050 is just a 1660 Super (that i have already) with DLSS and extra 2GB of VRAM and i need an Nvidia card for its superior OpenGL performance.

OpenGL ended in 2017 and has been replaced with Vulkan??

You should let Linden Labs know about that as they obviously didnt get the memo :p

Until they change Second Life to different API then i am stuck with their OpenGL rubbish, and Nvidia do it better than AMD in Second Life.

There is rumours of them switching to Vulkan or DirectX but i wont hold my breath.
