When was the last time you cried?

When I was about '-' this far apart from ending it for good with my gf and she looked me into my eyes and said "Don't you love me anymore?" which made me go soft as butter.... left out in the sun. Until it is a liquid.

This is one depressing thread.... :(

Anyone ever cry tears of joy?

new years this year i did!

but it wasnt one of those ive just asked somebody to marry me / ive just won the lottery sorta things...

it was more of a saying goodbye to the year gone and making a fresh start, and doing that felt really really awesome at the time, and i think it was that exact point that i got over my ex that left me in october which was another really happy point for me (getting over her, not her leaving me lol)

Last proper cry was over 3 years ago when one of my pets died. I sometimes get a bit emotional at Tv shows (Fry's dog like Pyro, My Screw Up in Scrubs with Ben's death) but nothing major omghediednooowaaaaaa.

Probably when I split with my girlfriend of four years about 9 months ago. I just remember lying in bed and feeling like I had no-one there and felt completely empty.

Of course I was being stupid and was caught up in the moment, good friends and a great family helped me out even if they didnt do anything directly.

Now its her more than anything that feels left out as she feels that she isn't that big a part of my life anymore.

Best of luck mate, hope it's all going ok

I last cried 4 weeks and 5 days ago when my daughter was born. I've had a couple of "filling ups" since, just holding her.

Awww, that's so sweet :) So men do have hearts then! :p

I don't cry much for a girl, but my favourite tarantula died the other week for absolutely no reason, and she took 3 days to do it :( I knew she was going to die and it was horrible watching her becoming closer to death, knowing there was nothing I could do about it. I don't get upset when T's die usually, but this one was pretty special to me.

Will know lots more today, Consultant will be meeting with us, but all signs are good :D

ps: Kate, we dont really have hearts, its just a persona we have to put on to show our 'hardness'
I must have had something in my eye on that particular day ;)

My son was in hospital for 2 weeks after he was born, got a colostomy bag plumbed in. They removed it when he was 9 months old. Having kids in hospital sucks big ass.

Hospitals certainly do have a lot of airborne dust. ;)

I really don't know. I haven't cried for many years now.

If I have to wager a guess it would probably be when I was 14 or 15. So about 5-6 years ago.

I was bullied at school and my mum had cancer (she's all better now :)) - so obviously not a fun time.
