I last cried when I had to let my two Siamese cats go late last year. I still miss them.

Update:
small tear of joy, Marcus has fed properly today for the 1st time, and the consultants are much happier, although he has to have a bit of phototherapy for his minor jaundice,
BUT we are happy beyond relief.
