When you make a cup of tea...

kettle is opposite end of the kitchen to where the bin is so I usually just put the bag in another empty mug and that fills up throughout the day. Once full, empty into the bin of course.

Quite a few people stick them on the compost heap/in the compost bin, right?

Not having the funds for a holiday in the sun I rub the teabags over my body to give myself a tan. For a deep tan you'll want to use Yorkshire Tea.

What do you do with the tea bag?

Do you have a small dish type object to place it on?

We do this as they are recycled, if you put a hot wet teabag into the recycling box you end up with loads of moisture which gets through the bag, this means it needs cleaning every time its emptied. Much easier to just let them dry out first.

Little dish, let them cool, then rip the bags into the food recycling bin beside the sink, then from that into the main food and garden waste recycling bin for bi-weekly collection.

We have a small tea-bag dish (or whatever it is called) next to the kettle, but I don't bother with it, straight to the bin.

little tray next to kettle where attempt to build the leaning tower of teabags before the mrs shouts and i have to put them in the food recycler box :(
