Where are the resignations in the FA?

That did make me laugh, I can't believe that the pitch was that badly ruined because of it. Surely experience would say that (somebody must have known somewhere along the line) the pitch would be horridly cut up :/
 
Heads should role at the FA. A lot of people said the buck stops with the manager and in nine out of ten cases it should. I look at Mclaren as the filling in a rather untasty sandwich. The FA & the players are equally as culpable as Mclaren
