Where oh where?

Steam have finally got back to and have restored Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary to my library.
They do not mention the SE version?

Did the game they give you back actually say Legendary Edition? I believe when the new one released everyone's reverted to just Skyrim as previously mentioned, so maybe that's why they didn't reinstate the SE? I don't know though, better off messaging them again to get SE added as you should also have that.

+1. Nag the **** outta them. At a guess it didn't reinstate SE because you can still acquire LE, even if it's not through steam. But you only got SE free (AFAIK) if you had LE before SE released (which Kronos did).

Edit: Wyrmstooth is also available for SE

The way I tackle this is searching my email inbox to find the order acknowledgement or whatever. My email address only going back about 12.5 years though and I CBA trying to dig out the backup I have of emails older than that, might even have been lost in a HDD failure.

I've still messed up occasionally though and bought a game I already own.

The game had disappeared, I have email notifications of games bought which I used as evidence to Steam that I did indeed own the game which they reinstated with no explanation of how or why this situation had occurred.
