Most games use large data files & SSD makes little to no difference on loading times for these vs 2TB 7,200 HD with 64mb cache. Only games which will see a massive benefit are games which have lots of little files to load.
maybe get and pci e m.2, but yes SSD is the key component, then cpu that actually process the data...and ram. but SSD is the best improvement you can do.
I've tried GTA V on a 1Gbps connection (full 1Gbps with 1ms latency) and it's exactly the same as my poor 16Mbps home connection, GTA loading just sucks
