Which cpu cooler?

Now at 4.6. Temps at idle are mid 30's.

I've dropped it back down now, and I don't think I'll push it any further until I get a better cooler, though going by the numbers it looks like it still has plenty to give.

Edit : actually, despite the figures, I don't think it was stable as MSE crashed twice, and a game wouldn't install and after pressing F10 windows didn't boot up quite as normal. All is fine now, though.

I've just been looking at Zalman CNPS12X, look's amazing. I would really consider that if I didn't already have a D14. Tempted to get it for my second system.

I like the look of that cooler a lot, but iirc, TTL didn't rate it that much. That said, I'll have to check some other reviews.

Seems stable at 4.4 *tinkering and testing continues*.

I've been looking at that cooler too but I really want to go with the Phantek. Just wish it would drop in price just a lil

If I was buying a new cooler right now, I'd be really tempted by the Zalman CNPS12X...so tempted to get one haha.

The Akasa IS good performance, may not be as quiet as the 14/12cm coolers though. The 612S and Matterhorn also are good performance for the money.

One guy on forums was overclocking his 3570K and has better temps than my D14 (with Venom). Don't know if he lived in south pole but I was pretty jealous. :p If you like yellow I say go for it. xD

You are at 4.6GHz on stock cooler?? On D-14 with 4.6GHz 1.32V I hit over 80c!
