Probably a Ideal Logic + Plus HE35 Combi Boiler.

I certainly would get some quotes from other plumbers, you'll will suffer with decrease water flow when you turn a second tap on with a lot of combi, if you want constant hot water at pressure, then look I at adding a Megaflow cylinder.
There are better makes of combi boilers,than ideal logic.
Would also look at other makers of combi boilers, Worcester Bosch,etc, but Valiant would be top of my list, they will give you a 7 year warranty, if you use a approved installer.

T for Triton. Stay away from them (If they're anything like they were 20 years ago) I worked for a DIY retailer many moons ago & used to get a fair amount of these back as faulty.
I've seen high KW/h electric shower systems of sorts, don't they just run off a higher voltage to eliminate that problem?
