Which email provider do you use?

I use Google for storage/calendar/docs etc but wouldn’t recommend Workspace, it’s inferior to Microsoft.
I've actually cancelled 365 and moved to Google Workspace for my business stuff. 365 can do everything you might want but is ridiculously complex. I just ditched Microsoft Office and switched over and its been much easier getting everything up and running.

I use fastmail with my domain, works fine.

I kinda regret getting my own domain tho, had it so long it would be a pain to get rid of so stuck paying forever. These days I'd use regular gmail instead.
Same here. I never really use the web hosting that I set up for a ltd company, just the email. So likewise, I'm stuck paying £50 or so per year for a domain and hosting. Last year I was meant to start switching but just couldn't be bothered. There's bound to be some login or something it's used for that I'd have not covered, so would likely still probably need to pay it for another another few years in case some important emails still end up there.

Have a few others, including one with Proton that seemed well recommended so I was going to/will switch over to at some point.

GMail as my main email provider, had firstnamelastname address since the 2004 beta test. I also use Proton Mail for some stuffs - also firstnamelastname.

I still have my AOL address from like 2001.

1998 - left home, went to uni, got online for the first time and was given a staffs.ac.uk email address
2001 - AOL
2006 - Gmail, when it was still invite-only

Nowadays, Gmail is still my primary, with AOL still in place as my backup as it's 2FA'd to my Gmail account.

Microsoft made some changes recently which seems to have made delivery to them much more difficult. Gmail kind of did the same thing which hasn't seem to be as significant (it was mainly around tightening up authentication and DNS records).

It'll be interested to see how their market shares shift over the next few years as you have companies like Notion entering the space
