Silk waistcoats. My brother and I looked like snooker players.
Wooly jumpers. Not particularly horrid to look at but impossibly itchy.
Wax jackets. Look like a farmer and cook to death in anything warmer than freezing cold weather.
Shell suits. These were terrible but at the time I loved them

We were poor and blonde highlights were a trend for a while; i wanted them!
My auntie ended up getting a home kit and i ended up with ginger highlights.
No wonder i was bullied as a kid thinking back to some of the stuff i used to wear and look like.

They became ultra-über-cool once they started making boots for SWAT teams and the like. The Army even issued Hi-Tec trainers for PT at one point.
I got Rebook trainers as well the issue plimsoles when I joined up.
