As a publisher, probably Ubi as I think they have provided the biggest selection of games published that I've enjoyed. If the same question was asked for a developer then probably Blizzard.

But as pointed out earlier, people do not seem to be looking back at the last 10 years when voting, they just look back at the last released games and vote Fallout 4 vs Witcher 3.

Actually, guess what? CD Projekt have been publishing games in Poland since 1994 or so. They are the ones who brought games like Baldur's Gate to central european markets. They were the first ones who bothered to create great translations, add bonuses into boxes and released at competitive prices. And then they created GOG. So it is not just about game development (which they have been doing since 2002, although their first selfdeveloped game was released in 2007...almost a decade ago), but actual publishing too.
The company is still ran by two gamers who co-founded it right out of high school, and it shows.

Fair enough, the only work of theirs I was familiar with is The Witcher, which is probably true for most people

Still, for them to replace Square Enix for me, they would need to at least get Cyberpunk 2077 and a sequel spot on, which I actually think there is a good chance they will.

I never said anything about Bethesda not going back more than 10 year? As for CDProjekt, they only came to my attention with The Witcher series as a publisher hence my assumption.

Rockstar, easily, but since they're not in the poll I'll go with Square Enix and Bethesda. Being Polish, I guess I should vote CDPR but I've been rather disappointed by many aspects of The Witcher 3 and I'm not really a fan of their other games.
