Whole milk, why would anyone drink skimmed or semi skimmed unless you're obese and trying to slim down, that's literally the only acceptable scenario for not going whole milk :p(unless intolerant of course, but then I'd probably give up tea rather than have skimmed)

Whole. Better macro/micronutrient profile while simultaneously min:maxing calories per £.

Oh and coffee, not tea. Tea is awful.
 
Leaf tea, Oolong or Earl Grey black. Occasionally drink White tea (not as in having milk in it) but the leaf tea, like say Green tea
 
One item I did (panic) buy last March during lockdown was UHT milk.

I thought everyone would swipe all the milk so I bought a couple of cartons.

Saw them in the cupboard the other day and thought I better use them up - I have to say, it tasted alright so I bought another carton. :o
