Out of those two you put in the OP, the wolfraces ones look better and would be my choice assuming you don't like the style of your current wheels. Failing that a refurb is going to be about £40-50 per wheel.

I'd put the money towards a better paint colour than white. Perhaps a wrap?

Weird viewpoint. Black is '100% chav' but gun metal is ok (does this make middle class? Or wanna be upper?)...
Nah its just in my area white with black wheels is 99% a chav from Braunstone (local chav area)

what wheels are on it standard ?? , try source some FR wheels or something try oem+ 
I have a set of genuine Audi BBS CH wheels for sale at the moment with PS4's (and Goodyears in matching pairs) on them. They would be in your budget. And would be a much better look. Albeit they are 18's. And would benefit from a refurb.
