Ordered an 18lb turkey, but ended up with a 22lb one so nearly 10kilos! So much holiday meat

We won 20 pounder in a raffle. We collect it on Christmas eve and I suspect I'm going to have to do some butchering to get it in the oven.

You must have a huuuuuuuuuuuge chopper!
Too much trouble to cook and not really that fussed for turkey anyway. Would also never be able to make use of all the meat.

[edit] a house full of vegetarians and vegans means no turkey for us, we are having a slap up breakfast though.
on a slightly on topic note i've been filling up the turkeys in the freezers at work and i honestly can't believe some of them get that big and i swear they've gotten steadily bigger year on year.
