Mine are all factual though ;)

Decided if he shows be ipad yet refuses to pay I will simply smash it's screen so that he will have to pay someone for a repair.
I don't mind breaking the screen I fitted one bit :)

The force is strong with this one!

Thats criminal damage soft lad were you think you going with that one??

By the way how old are you? Just asking........

Criminal damage to my own property that he stole? Good job m8

Its not your property sorry to say, you have just replaced a part.
So therefore you own nothing of the whole. ;)

You fix my car and replace a brake, you dont own my car and you dont
own the brake you fitted. It is now my brake to which I am contractually obliged to reimburse you for plus labour cost.

You have a lot to learn young luke! :p

But he didnt steal your ipad, he left with his daughters ipad.... just because you have £100 invested in it does not make it yours to damage.

and for the record, you are the last person that should be preaching common sense

Are you the I FIX IPAD SCREENS EVEN THOUGH APPLE WON'T EMPLOY ME BOO HOO guy? I get confused with the terrible lives our forumites lead.

Apologies if you're not.

Seems you didn't read my post at start of this 9th page of posts :D

Keep it going

Pedo is slander I agree. OK! :)

But smashing goods you have repaired is criminal damage on your behalf mate!
No two ways about it. I say grow a pair and suck it up because the way you come across stinks if you in the repair industry. :(

I have done it for over 10 years now and seen all kinds, but I have never had trouble. A few problems yes but never trouble. So you either need a new job
or better training. ;)

You still not said how old you are?

Yea.. but he called me the night before and agreed to the price and location for collection.
So technically a new contract was made verbally that night.

Wait what? So you had already spoken with the dad before his outburst in the shop and agreed on a price and where it would be picked up?

These are just wild ranting ideas lol. Of course I wouldn't actually steal it or break it. I would try and convince him to pay what he owes without any violence or damage caused to any device

Oh yeah of course "I realised I was joking based on the responses I got"

When the guy turns up just tell him well played you thieving scumbag what goes around comes around and chop it up to a bad customer and get on with your life.

I have an idea how the owner operates from the posts you have made about him. It is wrong to take a customer from your employer though, no matter what way you choose to paint it.

If an employer has refused to do work for someone, that someone is not a customer of the employer. It is impossible for anyone else to be taking the customer from the employer - the employer has already chosen for that person to not be a customer of theirs. You can't take something from someone when they don't have it because they've refused it.
