Who else is enjoying the euros MORE without england?

I have no interest in the Euros now England are not there and so far I have not seen a ball kicked.
 
I am, but I enjoy it when they're in it too. Makes no difference to me being a sheep lover.
 
I like the fact that we're not having to hear about England before each and every game, and that there is little to no bias on any team this year.

Been really enjoying it so far, some fabulous football from the big teams - and even the ones you expected to roll over and die are playing good attractive football.

The only side I've been annoyed with is Greece who decided it would be better to knock it around the back 4 after 20 minutes :-/

Who gets stressed about their team losing??? I don't like football but I can imagine the only person who would be stressed about England losing is the manager who is next to get sacked.
 
The Dutch and the Portugese have been exquisite (sp).

I'm not really enjoying it any more or less without England.
 
Its nice not having all the hype and fuss over England.
It wouldn't be so bad if we ever had a real chance of winning or at least if we actually played some good football.
But given we didn't on both counts, yes I am enjoying it much more :D
 
Nonsense, don't know how any England fan can say they're enjoying it more without us in the competition. The usual excitement just isn't there for me.
 
In fact I think Greece and England should be banned from all future competitions. That way we can enjoy the good football in peace. England and Greece could then play a one off at tournament time.
 
I've watched bits here and there but no I'm not really interested without England in it. I'd rather watch a dull England game than an exciting Netherlands Vs France game.
 
I watch the hollands vs italys and spains vs swedens etc but not at all interested unless a top side is involved.
Agreed about the chavvy england fans I really don't miss them.
And the biggest relief is not hearing that annoying way past it's sell by date great escape theme being sung and trumpeted.

Most of my friends who enjoy football are similarly disillusioned. I used to be a massive fan in the days of Sheringham and co. but not in recent years. It all started going wrong when we let a foreign manager take charge and its slowly got more and more humiliating. Id rather watch Derby play now than the England national side.
 
Im glad England are not there, it shows how poor our overated, overpayed, players are, when the likes of Russia beat us, to only be raped by Spain.

It shows that our players are no good without the class of foreign players arround them.

Also we are intent on playing players out of pos and players who cant play together.
 
I don't think our players are overrated, but its so important for them to gel as a team which they obviously havent.

even if they were all / poor / overated / overpayed, I'd still want to watch them play football

Much better competition for it I reckon

The useless idiots needed this as a slap in the face anyway, doubt it will do the good it should do though
 
Yeah I agree. Its much better watching/reading about the competition without the constant crap coming out of the media about the uBBer England squad and constant wag pictures and crap that just shouldn't be involved with football.

Didn't we beat them with ease 3-0 at home and lose on a dodgy pitch 2-1 in moscow ? with a dodgy ref linked to abramovic ?
