Look for the largest percent faller (red arrow) in the final column. Could be -10% or up to -25% or more.
Select that company, select buy, then add as many shares as you can afford, select buy, then confirm, then continue.
You will now see the stock under your portfolio.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT select sell all.
Instead, select the company in the list, then select sell on the graph screen.
Now select sell all, then confirm. You should now be considerably richer.
You can go back to the Markets screen and perform all over again as many times as you want without exiting the stock site.

Yea, it needs to be after LifeInvader mission after which you "unlock" the stock market.


I found a good way to not reach the money cap (after which it glitches out) is invest about $100,000,000 each time, as you get a few hundred million back but you can build it up slowly.


Can anyone confirm this still works after the patch? Not an issue if I cant as I have around $800m per character but I was going to build it up some more.
 
My life invaders stock just as i acquired Trevor was at - 70% so all three chars now have roughly 2bn each. :D

Edit. After the initial day one patch on ps4,the stock market glitch still works.
 
I just had a new patch this morning on X1; don't think that's the same as the initial day one patch, is it?

EDIT: Still working after this morning's patch.

I stopped at 300mil on all of them. Don't really need anymore, plus I wouldn't want to be sitting at the 2bil mark before doing the final heist!
 
Kind of pointless getting to 2 billion as you wont spend it and isn't available online, the golf club is only 150 million so....

A lot of people who do this cheat will end up bored quite quickly I reckon.
 
I stopped at 5 mill for each of them.

I completely lost interest in single player last time when i invested in PIS and ended up with around 10-20 billion on each (only allow 2.1 billion in cash at any one time though).

Speak for yourself, no boredom here....not sure why you would get bored either.....

You can always dump it all the stock market if you don't won't to have instant access to it.
