I worry about that but you have to look at the budgets he has had and the players he has had to work with. Pretty much all workmen and industrious players. From reading inteviews in the local papers though with his players, he seems to be a "Modern Coach" with forward thinking tactics etc

I went for Big Sam,Pearce with Sammy Lee as a coach thats not a cop out :p
