So people claiming its the start of Xmas for them when that ad shows must still be waiting, as last year it was some computer generated Polar Bear and cubs. Year before was the one with the romancing couple and CG Santa, the company I used to work for did the ad.

Toys R us have ruined the Christmas build up with their rubbish new ad. My only hope is that they have decided it's far to early for the normal one so this new one is a stop gap

From a marketing perspective they're trying to keep things fresh, but when they're an established company they should realise they don't need to change something that iconic, and just change the adverts the other 11 months of the year lol

Well either when I see that advert, when it starts snowing, or when it actually gets to Xmas/Xmas holidays. THEN it's christmas for me.
