I only seem to be able to pull munters (my self confidence and awesomeness go out the window when i talk to hot ladies) and i have no wish to spend eternity looking at the other half thinking wtf am i doing here.
Been single for nearly a year, since i dont have the confidence to go up to women and magically start a convo :/ Plus girls in clubs are all after one thing and i dont do 1 night stands.
Although i have met up with someone so that might just change ;o *cacking myself as im horrendous at relationships ;P*

I dont really know why im single. Well I do but...
As I get older its become less of a goal to get hitched up. I'm quite selfish, in a way. I dont get on with people particularly well and I know what I want. Sometimes I do miss not having kids, but like everything in life the grass is always greener.
Im principled, and never follow the crowd or do something just because its cool to do so. Also having an immediate close family I have never wanted a substitute. Plus I think women are bloody odd at the best of times, and a devious species. Most of the women I bump into are quite frankly ugly and thick as the proverbial.

How long, have all the single people on here, been single? Fast approaching five years. Didn't plan on it, just sort of happened.
Just over a year for me since the last time I was seeing someone

Hah - you sound a bit like me. As regards the kids bit, I have nieces and nephews who I adore, they are great - all the benefits with none of the drawbacks - hand them back when they get too much
To be fair though I would be quite happy in a relationship with a girl who would also be my best friend if you get what I mean.

i havn't been in a proper relationship is a good 8 months, i've just been going to parties, pulling some random girls/friend sister lol and leaving it at that. i'm going to uni in september so no point getting into a relationship tbh
