Why do lorries do it?

LOL Perhaps, this forum needs an "Ask the Trucker" Sticky? - strikes me, a lot of motorists obviously come across trucks & truckers, but, knows little about what it is to drive one for a living.

Tell your mum not to worry, its just that trucker "OMG! A Woman! " thing - most of us don't see our women for most of the week. :( - Anybody tried anything funny with her, I guarantee you, it'll be the truckers that help her out I've seen it done - some "interesting" things go on in retail parks, you wouldn't believe what I've seen. ;) :D

Haha i imagine they would be friendly enough. I think she has to look out for the boy racers that race up and down the retail park,my dads nearly had to do some talking with his fists when they fly through on the wrong side of the road(due to lorries all parked up one side) and then moan that you are in their way. Noobs.

I have saw some half naked truckers,uh,not nice. :( Shut the damn curtains first guys.

My lass took the photo that I have if any of you are on about me ;)
Nope, not talking about your photo. Yours looks like it was taken by someone in the passenger side :)

There are far more poor car drivers than truck drivers imo, a lot of the time lorries are forced out in the middle lane when some tit of a car driver is doing 40-50mph.

But some truckers are mischeivous ***** i swear some of them purposely decide to overtake on hills just to **** some of us off.

My main beef is with the 7.5 tonners and the pick up drivers, they seem to forget what they are driving and often hog the outside lanes and then give people grief when they get 'undertaken' (ie passed on the left whilst doing 70mph).

Most are driven by car licence holders, upuntil 2001 iirc, you did'nt need any kind of HGV test to drive a 7.5 ton truck, which is daft as it is a mini truck & behaves like one!

If theres a Homebase,or perhaps its a Focus or, Wickes DIY store on that retail park,Palace Grounds Road by any chance? - I guarantee you I'll have done the same when I was working for my last employer - SCA Timber.

Had a few good nights there! :D

Completeley agree. 90% of car drivers dont have a bloody clue. My dad has done it all his life, and now my best friend has just started it as a career. I have to admit, I dont envy them when i see the total £$%^ they have to put up with from clueless car drivers :(
