When you know your girlfriend who you split with 4days ago has already done things with a complete random :(

My biggest fear when breaking up with someone is finding out they have moved on quicker than i have :( Heart sinking :(
 
Imagine this. You are attracted to women, like you are now (emotionally and sexually), but they do not exist. They existed a long time ago, and no one knows what they looked like (They have a pretty good idea from the fossils, however), but they do not exist anymore. That means, not only do you know there will never be any possibility of you having sex with one, but there's not even a possibility of you ever seeing one in real life. Everyone else, however, except for a very few, are not attracted to women, they are attracted to something else entirely. So in other words, you will never find any porn anywhere on the internet, only non-sexual pictures of women. Everyone you have told about your attraction to women think it's disgusting. To relieve yourself, you get off on the non-sexual pictures of women, knowing it will never get any better.

That's what life is like to me.

It's not difficult to get sex without resorting to a lady of the night, just go to a bar, find a group of girls, decide which one is the ugliest, then buy her drinks all night

Just make sure you go back to her place so, incase she's crazy, she won't know where you live
 
Best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. They're right.

Don't sweat it, mate, break-ups hurt. Only way they don't is if you didn't care in the first place and what's the point of a relationship were you don't care? Just give it time, take it easy on yourself and try not to do anything too stupid. Hanging out with friends, having a few drinks and watching DVDs or playing video games helps. Time will heal, it just takes, well, time.
 
It is painful, no two ways about it. The thing is, you are going to have to experience the bad emotion, there is no getting around it. So there are two things you can do, spend lots of time with other people and hopefully distract yourself, and the second is that you can try (I know how difficult it is) to get with someone else.

The alternative is that you end up moping around, thinking about her all day for the next year or two. Trust me, it's not pretty, it's not a good idea, and you end up feeling like a complete loser (because that's exactly what you are if you do this). :)
 
There isn't any pain like from the opposite sex.

It's going to hurt. Either mope about it and be a little girl, or man up, force yourself to move on and get on with life.

If she's out getting drilled by randoms you don't want her anyway.
 
If the day ever comes where I break up with my other half, I know exactly where I'd go, straight to her sister!

She could have at least given up had chocolate starfish if she was planning on ending with you
