Why was Khairi Saadallah still in the UK?

Why are we allowing people who have 'fled' to the UK and committed previous crimes to remain in this country?
Surely the safety of UK citizens should come first?

So basically, in theory based on my last post, we're not. Although perhaps we're inundated and underfunded?

So from the guardian he’s been in for minor offences not related to terrorism, so again - get your crystal ball out.

To actually get imprisoned these days though is quite a feat so it can't be that minor!

Not really an answer there pal.

To make it clearer and simple for you - Of what crime(s) was he convicted?

I don't know either.

I have however heard a report (on the BBC) that he might be suffering mental health issues.

They don't need to. He'd already been jailed for criminal offences and was already on their radar as a potential terror risk. How many flags do they need?!

Indeed, I think offences that result in custodial sentences, especially violent ones, should have a high probability of resulting in deportation of non-citizens.

Well depending on the issues that might be even more reason to kick him back to North Africa. He’s seemingly on a watch list/radicalised, already committed criminal offences here and not quite with it mentally either. Get rid tbh...

Let's face it, if your belief in a magical sky pixie is justification to kill and or maim innocents in his name then you're a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

I imagine there are lots more potential terrorist acts stopped early. Just sometimes things slip through the net. It's horrendous though. But impossible to police them all with limited resources.

Because when they try to deport them the SJWs protest and the EU blocks it (not that we need to listen to them now)

OFC he has mental health issues, he is a murderous nut job...

It doesn't really matter if his previous offences were minor or not, anyone that comes to the UK and commits a crime should be deported, there are loads of people suffering in the world that would love to come to the UK that are good people that just want to get on in life and can't, yet we bring these ***** here that commit crime and go on to kill innocent people.

It’s a joke - After every one of these awful instances, the security services come out and are like “Oh yeah him? Yeah we knew about him last year” - What use is that?!
They 'know about' a lot of people... including me. They don't have the money or resources to watch all of them all of the time, so what do you want?

in my mind it’s quite simple.
If you are a refugee with a criminal background, you are turned away.
Define 'criminal'...

That woman who stole a loaf of bread to feed her child that was starving under the regime she's fleeing from, is a 'criminal' in her country so you'd turn her away?
That guy is gay, which makes him a 'criminal' in his home country, so you'd turn him away?
