The idea of an NDA goes over some peoples heads, as well as some mods on the forum.

I would imagine that it is because it is down to the person responsible for the account. If they get "found out" they will just lose their access/account.

Piracy is a crime.

Swear words are offensive.

Medial advise can do more harm than good (extreme case: kill).

Breaking an NDA: only one "hurt" is the person who owns the account.
