It's amazing the amount of people here who think the voltage will kill you when in fact it's the current. Just so you know a static shock from a carpet can be a couple of thousand volts, it just has very little in the way of current.
I think it's anything above .1A can be lethal.

its the current passing through your heart that kills you and if you are healthy then a 5 volts low current usb stick is not going to manage it.
for example a higher current device wont beat your natural resistance if theres no voltage with it
